mph speed limit in resort. No recreational riding of motorcycles,
ATV's, etc. |

Pets must
be kept on a leash at all times. Must clean up after pet. |

NO
fireworks. |
| 4. |
Lessee
must keep campsite clean at all times. |
| 5. |
Loud or
offensive conduct shall not be permitted. Quiet hours are to be
observed from 11 p.m. to 8 a.m. |
| 6. |
Campsite
are restricted to: 1 RV, 2 vehicles and 1 boat and trailer. RV must
be park owner approved. |
| 7. |
No
camping or sleeping in vehicles not designed for such use. |
| 8. |
All trash
to be deposited in trash container. All Fish Remains shall be
taken back to Truman Lake. |
| 9. |
Weather
permitting, shower house will be open March thru November. |
| 10. |
Yearly
leases are non-refundable. |
| 11. |
Fishing
in ponds shall be at lessee's risk. No children to be allowed near
ponds without adult supervision. Owners assume no responsibility for
injury or accidents. |
| 12. |
All
lessees shall have their own insurance coverage. Eagle's Nest RV
Resort shall not be held responsible for any damage to personal
property. |
| 13. |
No tents. |
| 14. |
No
changes or additions to campsites without owner's approval. |

Tv Stations |
| For TV stations from
Springfield, set antenna to Southeast for the following channels: 3,
10, 6, 27, 33; from Kansas City, set antenna to Northwest for the
following channels: 4,5,9,41,62. |

Nearby attractions
include fishing, antiques, flea markets, swimming beaches and
museums. |

Security |
| Our year round
residence is located in the park. |

Campsite |
| Full hook-ups, dump
station, state approved well and septic system, 30 & 50 amp
electrical service, covered pavilion with picnic tables, large bath
house with laundry facilities. |
